아무 것도 결코 우리를 해치지 못할 것입니다. 여러 가지 일들이 우리의 육체적 관심사, 편안함, 또는 일상사를 간섭할 지도 모릅니다; 그러나 우리는 육에 속하지 않 고 영에 속한다는 것을 기억한다면, 주께서 정하신 때에 우리에게 약속하신 왕국 약속의 새 창조물로서, 어떠한 외부의 영향력도 우리의 실제 관심사와 영적 관심사를 간섭할 수 없으며, 주께서 자신의 충실한 자들에게 약속하신 왕국의 영광을 갖지 못하게 할 수도 없다는 것을 인식할 수 있습니다. 단지 주께 대한 우리의 신뢰 상실과 불충실만이 우리를 주의 사랑과 약속으로부터 떼어 놓을 수 있습니다.
