우리의 싸우는 병기는 육체에 속한 것이 아니요 오직 하나님 앞에서 견고한 진을 파하는 강력이라; 모든 이론을 파하며 하나님 아는 것을 대적하여 높아진 것을 다 파하고 모든 생각을 사로잡아 그리스도에게 복종케 하니 (고린도 후 10:4,5)
하느님께서 받아들이시는 첫째 조건은 하느님의 말씀에 대한 충성스러운 복종이며, 그것은 하느님께 대한 사랑과 믿음의 증거라는 것을 기억합시다. 또한, 하느님께서 우리를 보시는 둘째 자질은, 실제로 그리고 진실로 헌신한 하느님의 자녀로서 하느님의 길로 걷고자 애쓰는 형제들을 위하여 항상 준비하고, 행동하고 고난을 겪고, 죽을 수 있는, 형제 사랑이라는 것을 기억하도록 합시다.
