319.  Revive Us Again

1
We praise thee, O God, for the Son of thy love,
Who died for our sins and ascended above.

Chorus
Hallelujah! thine the glory;
Hallelujah! amen.
Hallelujah! thine the glory;
Revive us again.

2
We praise thee, O God, for the spirit of light
That shines on thy pages, and scatters our night.

3
We praise thee, O God, that the kingdom is near,
That the Saviour has come, and will shortly appear.
